After Sales Service

After introducing the two cool electric guitar, now I will talk about the after sales service of Ibanez.

Well, since Ibanez do not have any branch in Malaysia, there are several authorized dealers to provide the after sales service.

Last month I went to the Bentley Music, which is also one of the authorized dealers in Malaysia. Its show room is crazy BIG!!! If you are interested in instrument, you should also drop by there!

According to the worker there, each Ibanez guitar has 1 year warranty while there are very least opportunity to have a broken one as Ibanez guitar is strict in its quality control. If you are so unlucky that bought a abnormal functioning Ibanez, the authorized dealer will send it to the Ibanez workshop in Malaysia and provide uncharge service on it. If the abnormal guitar cannot be repaired, they will exchange it with a totally new one for you!
